Sciatica pain - help

I had this for long time tried physio etc but not much improvement then I realized it's my mattress and changed it. I don't have the pain anymore

Once you are able to do, suryanamaskars are ultimate way to keep in check.

Don't do anything that aggregates it...ex: lifting weights 

There are YouTube videos for it , look for videos by 2 old white men ( bob ?? )

It doesn't really matter, I will check and let you know still... Get a good firm mattress (not too firm) and should help you

potta eskoni round and slow spin bowling lu ante ok but fast or medium pace bowling action ante it will put a lot of stress on lowerback, hips, groin joints, shoulder joints. aa tarvaata nee istam

Go for physiotherapy.....it will be a good eye opening thing for you.

They usually charge 100$ per session and most insurances pay atleast 80$ of it.

So you end up paying 20$ per session...much less than a gym trainer.

Check your insurance , you are usually entitled for 20+ sessions every year.
