yeah 5 plus weeks, my cousin works for a bank in Aus. he always does the same. they got that carryforward leave right. no matter how many they use it, doesn't matter. very well organized. he is now director level something

Ya..Aus NZ very good leaves lo..

13 Public holidays, 5 weeks Annual Leave, 15 days or unlimited sick levaes (based on company)..inka bereavement leave, 2 volunteer day leaves etc etc untayi..

And 6 months fully paid maternity leave!
