I do not think so.. Cop uniforms kuda edo teda vundi.. How was he able to toggle so quickly without any shake? The guy is in fault in this case. Courts may rule either way - 1) the minute a private entity asked you to leave, you should leave. Have you asked for a refund? 2) Because the guy paid he has the authority to stay. The business entity did not provide a closure to his finance, giving him the right to stay.
