start with your primary care dr. ask for referral for  therapy. then go to therapy. they will not ask your personals as it is not psychiatric treatment. it is making therapy plan to reduce anxiety like either using medicine or other steps like particular excercises etc. asalu therapy dr ki demand ekkuva. nee personals chuse antha time vallaki undadu. hardly 30 mins spend chestharu naaku telisi..they may ask your health and accident history keenly.

Ee benefits ma company lo free ne. Kakapote avasaramunaapudu appointments dorakavu. Dongalu padina 6 nelalaku kukkalu moriginattu. Aa problem fix aipoyaka appointment time vastadi. Naaku never have i ever lo laga manchi no judgement therapist kavali.

Therapy dogs are not sold on open market. You have to qualify to get a service dog. You have to justify your need. Preference will be given to Veterans with PTSD and other groups first.

You can get a regular dog...still great benefits...Just don't get German Shepherd or Husky if you are first time dog owner. Golden retriever and Labrador are safe bets for first timers..

Service dog is different from therapy dog .. service dog is for people with physical and mental disability etc they may need it permanently in their life.. therapy dogs are temporary companions.....which will become regular dogs after you are cured...
