That's right. You should stay away from Benzodiazepines for as long as you can. Ivi anavasaranga GABA receptors ni mess up chesthayi. Dependence and risk of dementia untayi.

At any given day, I recommend trying Ganja over Benzodiazepines. It doesn't mess with GABA at all, has a long established history of being safe.

Already taking everyday. Every 4 months test cheinchukunta to make sure levels are right.

Do you exercise? How frequently? Exercise releases endorphins and they calm you down. What's your daily caffeine intake like?

Your daily grind is also probably keeping you stressed out. Take a break from everything and go on a holiday with your partner.

I tried to get an appointment once but I backed off coz of the taboo around seeking help from a therapist.

Women are NOT meant take the same level of stress as a man. It's detrimental for their well being. Cortisol levels spikes women ni different ga affect chesthayi. Anxiety, thyroid problems, irregular mensuration ilantivi. Vallaki weight gain, Juttu nerisipovadam, nidrapattakapovadam chala easy ga vachesthayi.

"I can't" antunnav chudu, what's the impact of that statement on your current state of mind??

Ne depression lo adhi entha varku part play chestundocchu??? you should ask yourself these questions...Therapy ki poyina vaadu adige questions kuda ivey...

Kids ni chuskodaniki evarini ayna setting/arrangement cheyocchu...it can all be worked out if you really want to take a vacation.

@Iriswest This venting out frustration is a part of therapy, ikkada konni manchi suggestions unnai to look out for nutritional deficiencies and taking me time but especially if your company offers benefits, go for it. And supplements bioavailability is okay because you’ll be taking in higher doses and mostly recommended dose take that into consideration. One of the biggest is magnesium (glycinate or threonate) supplements at bedtime, and if available have tulsi tea in the morning. Also if vit d not checked, take 5000iu daily for 3 months atleast.

I would say look at it as the same way as if you are talking to someone who you’ll never have to meet again if you chose to, in that sense ah therapist is the safest place to open up your thoughts completely without having to hesitate if it’s right or wrong ani or emankntaro ani. And they’re trained to guide the conversation to help you explore your thoughts and help you understand your thoughts and identify your emotions. A good therapist gives you suggestions on what might help for you in your personal scenario though generalized advice unna and it takes a little time to get there. If time and money is not big concern, go for it definitely if your anxiety is bothering you to the point for you to explore that option.

And coming to your anxiety,

if possible next time when you’re anxious try to identify what’s happening with you, like if you’re stressed or overwhelmed or not feeling heard in home or office, try to recognize and expand on your thought process. You can make a thought journal to give better insights. One thing i recommend in the meanwhile is now with LLMs you can feed your thought journal into chatgpt and have conversations to identify patterns and help you recognize to overcome these patterns.

2 of the high return efforts are journaling and mindfulness/meditation/breathing exercise patterns daily.
At bedtime you can do a brain dump journaling to help you sleep better if you’re having too many thoughts at bedtime or can do in the morning if you’re overwhelmed in mornings. you don’t need a format when beginning, just try to write down your thoughts stream(pen and paper work best to keep it going) and later can take pics to store and feed to gpt to later discuss if you want. And eventually can do gratitude journaling.
Meditation works effectively bcos many times anxiety comes from either thoughts from the past or worry about the future, this helps you to get grounded in the moment and just note that these are just thoughts and right now you’re safe and well.

Goodluck!
