bjp should split M'vote in west bengal by attracting them by their affiliations , like shia , bohra, ahmaddiya etc groups should be drawn into bjp fold and ofcourse  attract women too,,, radicals can happily vote for mamata 

then bjp has to unite hindus as much as possible , easily they can come to power my assumption

they tried this in kerala , worked out well, syrian catholics and other christians in kerala , one vargam in them voted for bjp , so suresh gopi could win, almost all mp seats , bjp fared well there, cong, commies understanding politics lekapothe solid ga bjp gelichedi, congis and commies does tactical voting in kerala, for example in one bjp is strong ,and commies can defeat bjp, congis transfer all their votes shamelessly and makes them win, vice versa...

but shah thought attract church leaders is only way to break this, so you can see moshah meeting clergy always ..and resolving their issues
