H1B VISA holder global entry REVOKED

Today I entered in Dallas forth worth from London.

Scanned passport. Officer said : do you have global entry ? Coz often we do get candidates who don't.

I said : yes sir , I have it. I used multiple times

Officer : ok ,here in this system ,it doesn't show that you have it. And if shows you are in a flight to Korea tommorow.

Me : huh, that's interesting!

Officer then sent me to an other officer who said to me that global entry for me is denied for now. And I will have to apply again in future.

Reason : not sure. I was tired ,didn't ask .
