Undilaemanchikalam Posted April 16 Report Posted April 16 A friend of mine doing post doctorate shared this..! For EB1A how some of can artificially build? Chala high standards kadha..! I meant 2000+ people Eyla trap lo paddaru..? Paying thousands of dollars.. this guys might be a millionaire now.. https://www.reddit.com/r/eb_1a/s/Cukpppe6Jf Just wow… mind blown 🤯. If you’re considering signing up for this service, please read this post and the comments first: https://www.reddit.com/r/eb_1a/s/Cukpppe6Jf I recently had a group call with seven others who are in a similar situation as me (out of 24 people who reached out via DM). Here’s what we found: • Our profiles: 10–15 years of experience, some with master’s degrees, some without. No patents, no major citations. • We all signed up for this service hoping that somehow our profiles would qualify—partly due to uncertainty around the new administration. • After digging deeper, we estimated that around 1,000 people signed up in 2024 and 2,000+ in 2025 so far. No service can scale properly with that kind of demand. • This massive influx is leading to poor-quality profiles and an increase in RFEs. Even with their new “70% refund” option, here’s the reality: • If your case is denied (which is highly likely if your profile is like ours), you’ll lose ~$25K (service fees, lawyer fees, USCIS fees). • You’ll also waste valuable time, deal with unnecessary stress, and put your future plans on hold. My advice: If you don’t have a PhD, citations, or patents, don’t fall for false promises. Ask yourself: If this company is so confident, why don’t they offer a 100% refund like others do? Good luck to everyone—I wish I had better news. Edit: share with your friends and upvote so that everyone knows what they are signing up for. We believe they use false numbers in advertising, we each heard different numbers when asked about success rate. It is likely that some got approval but that number is about 5-10%. Edit2: Someone left a comment here praising EB1Aexperts.com, but there are several red flags. First, they claim to know the exact number of people the company has helped—how is that even possible unless they’re an employee? Second, if they have an approved petition, why are they still here? And why are they talking to others who also have approved petitions? Sending me a DM to threaten legal action won’t work. The truth will come out eventually. Also, 50 likes on a comment in just two hours? We all know that only happens when you have a ChatGPT-powered army boosting engagement. You’re not helping your case. To anyone considering signing up, take note of these red flags. Additionally, they had their employees downvote this post. I initially received many likes, but within an hour, the number dropped to zero—clearly a coordinated effort, further proving my point. And another thing—if this company has helped 200 people, does that mean most of them just happen to be here on Reddit, following this sub, and felt compelled to upvote the comment together in less than an hour? Red flags, anyone? Final edit: looks like EB1Aexperts.com employees are all over my post. Putting a up a fight by using bots, 100+ likes on a stupid comment? By the way if you are signing up, just look at this thread and decide it yourself. If this company is so confident why don’t they offer 100% refund. I’m not saying there are no approvals but they are very less compared to number of people applying. Don’t be desperate, they are not doing anything extraordinary, you can do all yourself without going through them. Good luck guys. By the way I’m not getting anything by bashing them. Just trying to help others, we need to stay together in this otherwise companies like this will take advantage of desperate people. Quote

EB1a criteria meet avvadam and proving that some one has extraordinary ability is extreme difficult. Yes, few people got very lucky, may be the percentage is just <1% this is what I learnt from a friend who received EB1A… he did self petition. It took him 2 years.. to meet EB1A criteria for some one in IT industry need to show below for a strong case. 1. Lead or critical role. Lead Antae vp, director level. Critical koncham difficult to prove: 2. high salary: above 90th percentile but at the same time compared with title and top experts in the field, organizational justification for high salary. IT industry with base pay of $250k can meet. 3. original contribution: a high impact research, discovery or invention or a research paper in major publications with good citations evarikyna e 3 untae strong case, or at the minimum 2 undali.. if only 1 is meeting work on building other criteria. Change job, increase salary, get promoted, show impact to the field: authorship and judging are filling criteria, standard to meet. Authorship, e companies ni nammukoni don’t ghost write, instead go to 5-6 conferences and present your papers, which will meet even final merits. e profile building companies, awards, media and membership Kosam too much money spend cheyistharu.. none of them actually work…. putting out there just to help people save some $$$ and not go through the stress like described on Reddit.. there is no shortcut, it’s pure hard work. Undilaemanchikalam Posted April 17 Author Report Posted April 17 You can meet 4-5 EB-1A criteria and still not be able to present a strong profile. The reason for this is because EB-1A is about showing how you have risen to the top of your field, and not about meeting as many criteria as possible. To present a strong argument for how you have risen to the top of your field, you will need a strong anchor criterion (usually a strong leading or critical role or significant high salary or original contributions claim, or both). Without a strong anchor criterion, you simply will not have a foundation for your argument for how you have risen to the top of your field, and therefore have no foundation for your case. 200 judging opportunities and 12 papers in journals will not make up for the absence of an anchor criteria.. just don’t fall in trap by these scam agencies and loose money.
