Legs sore is indicative that your muscles are still in the early stages of getting tuned and addicted to this new run routine. Will take few weeks to have the body get adjusted to this.

if you want fast relief try the theragun massage, costco Lo Oka $50 Ki ala dorukutaayi. And get some bath salts and put your legs in Shower tub for 10-15 mins.

but mostly the Theragun will help, which is more like pre stretch and post stretch. Take slow and consistent approach rather than big miles fast and furious. 
 

I had sore legs for months and now body got tuned and knows ok, let’s go.

Treadmill running is boring. Suggest tried and tested shoes which work on concrete. Got lot of shin splints in the past with incorrect shoes.
