shin splints ante you may be trying to run fast or taking longer steps. suggest to slow down and make more steps rather than longer steps. Also if you are running down slope, do not get take it easy and try to run fast, down slopes are the worst. Also try to get some theragun kind of tools to help you with them before and after runs. Key is pre-run stretching and smaller steps for your shin splits. Ofcourse shoes matter too, but mainly your own running form comes first.

Costco lo Hoka Bondi on sale now, enjoy

Also none of these problems occur when running on treadmill.

Treadmill running is boring. Suggest tried and tested shoes which work on concrete. Got lot of shin splints in the past with incorrect shoes.

I don’t think shoe change will fix it

stretching

dont run daily

learn your body reaction and when it triggers

priorities akkai if I were you I would cross the border but check local at first.

before that if you have time you can seek help of a physical therapist to identify the issues and if I am not wrong your health insurance might cover it.

Until body muscles get tuned to the distance, suggest to stick to same distance and then increase gradually.

or take alternate days rest and go with your distance approach.

try with strategy of more steps per minute (SPM) rather than faster and longer steps, this will help you reach your goals faster.

also run on roads as much as possible instead of side walks which may have uneven connectivity with roads and adds to your problems. At least until you. Get into good form.
