no idea, may be their inflation was down and they are not doing any tariffs so the prices won't go up for them. in addition  dollar is losing value (another inflation contributor) , yields are going up, the last rate cut reduced them only temporarily, they're going right back up because of continuous debt selling. So rate cuts might not even work at all.
