Growmore Posted April 17 Report Posted April 17 My parents received a U.S. visa in 2017 on convocation. I’m planning to travel with them in the coming week. Can they still use that visa for travel now? I’ve changed employer. My visa is stamped with my previous employer and is valid until January 2026. I haven’t gone for stamping with my new employer yet. Can I travel with the old employer’s visa stamp along with my new employer’s I-797 , EV etc ? Quote

If your previous is same category H1b, then you can travel. You are saying new employer, meaning you are travelling for work kada, you should have H1 stamped be it same employer or different(previous) employer, but it has to be same category H1. 1 Quote
