I explored this option sometime back. Not forest directly but stocks that buy these forest lands and sell timber. Not bad. Decent dividend. Valued very low. Haven’t checked valuations or prices recently after stock market rout.

It’s not a bad option. Plan ahead and plan for future. At some point it might become most sought after area OR NOT.
