It’s not a bad option. Plan ahead and plan for future. At some point it might become most sought after area OR NOT.

this is also one of the…investment options….some states are offering acres of forest lands for cheaper prices…

initial investment is low…but operational costs are bit more…but not a bad option to invest …considering all the options such as carbon credits..timber…or you can create recreational activities too to attract visitors….
