Depends on your metabolism levels.

If you have high metabolism, fast paced walking and diet is almost enough.

Nenu aithe front barbel squat and press, kettel bell squat press, pushups, walking side lunges with ball rotation, plank dumbel rows  and other compound exercises chesa  like 3 days a week and remaining 4 days one hour cardio(treadmill 12 inclination, 3.4 mph). Diet emo complex carbohydrates like Brown rice, oats, who grain bread teeskunna. Protein ki paneer, chicken breast, fish. Inka veggies ekkuva tinna every meal lo like bell peppers, asparagus, carrots, cucumbers, mushrooms, broccoli.

Ofc madhyalo cheat meals chaalane tinna. Ila chesi week ki one pound tagganu total ga almost 45-50 pounds tagganu year lo! Leg muscles are biggest muscles in body, the more you train those muscles more your metabolism rate. So even when you rest after doing strength training, your body burns fat when you are at rest. Desired weight vachaka choose any work out split like PPL or bro split and continue hittting gym Inka mana tollywood heroes kuda panikiraru nee pakkana☺️👍🏻
