H4 Saints, here you go:

 

H4 EADs did not go through the pain of applying to universities to come here, rather you APPLIED on MATRIMONIAL SITES and had a sumptuous fat meal at your wedding while the poor F1s drank water to quench their hunger, there are students who skip meals just to save and pay for their rent and tuition. 

 

F1s work in gas stations, 7/11s, restaurants, motels for over 80 hours a week without proper diet and sleep, unlike you H4s who complain of sitting at the comfort at home and watching Tv/ instagrams and being non stop on Whatsapp calls with your mothers, most of time bitc**ing about your mother in laws or the marriage itself/. 

 

Go work in a gas station for a day and you will know what the real life is what F1s go through. 

 

You H4s act like you sacrificed the whole world by marring a H1 and coming here, you had every choice to marry someone in India rather than come here and crib and brood on your husbands. 

 

H4 EADs did not go through applying to universities, go to classes, struggle to maintain GPAs and at the same time work onshore: offshore jobs and AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU ARE AT THE MERCY OF YOUR ROOMMATES FOR A DECENT END OF THE DAY MEAL.

 

H4s never know the pain of switching from F1 to H1, you people got an EASY PASS for an OPEN WORK AUTHORIZATION and most of you got jobs using your husband’s references or own mediocre businesses that is in direct competition to American workers. I SAY IT AGAIN, H4 EAD is a big DISASTER TO AMERICAN WORK FORCE AND IT MUST BE LOOKED INTO BY THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION

Francis Lobo F1 is the most, I mean THE MOST genuine way of coming into another country. You come here, work hard, study, learn American culture, respect the law and then build a life..unlike the easy get away H4 way. Giving an open ended work authorization is a TOTALLY UNFAIR to Americans and to certain extent to other immigrants or non immigrants.

Anonymous member there are lot of fake F1’s as well. So dont generalize all those who are working on H4 have fake resume. If you know someone report them. 

H4 is a dependent and a legal visa. There is nothing illegal about it. People came here on H1-B legally. Folks who have come on H1/H4 have also learnt the American culture. There are exceptions everywhere, even those who came on F1 and how they behave.

Francis Lobo H4 is a legitimate visa but not the OPEN ENDED WORK AUTHORIZATION that’s given to them. Why not have these H4s also go through the same process like H1..find a job that matches their degree and skill set, go through labor market testing, ensure there’s no qualified American or GC holder that can do this job..apply and work only for that employer only, maintain a regular pay roll to be in status..why give them an open ended work authorization? H4s use this EAD to open LLCs/ consultancies and the H1 ends up working illegally for those LLCs. Again, H4 EAD was the most thoughtless thing that Obama govt ever did. 

How come H1b should have a specific skill while the very same category of immigrants are allowed to do what ever they want and what bothers here is most of these H4 eads are in direct competition with American workers and most of these H4 EAD job holders have a grey area in either getting that job and/ or doing that job.

Wow, you are the lowest low of a human being. Stamping on others to move ahead. Shame on you. No one is a “poor” F1. They have to show valid funding proof generally in excess of $50000. If you didn’t then we know you came here by cheating and illegal means. Simplistic thinking right. Now rethink what u said. Its not the visa thats the problem, its the misuse, implementation and the system that is flawed. Rather than wishing misery and hell on H4s, let others prosper and wish for proper reforms that is fair yet generous and non prohibitive
