Union territory will be maintained by central forces adhi telvadhu law and order will be with central forces in union territory cm will be dummy in union territories governor will be boss and turn down anything by cm and powers will be with governor

Omar abdullah is the CM of that union territory. vaadu elect ayyi Kashmir ki CM peekanike ayyinda mari...all police force of that state will be under his control.
