Telagana people felt respite because they felt they are being placed in an advantageous position after state partition. They sure got surplus of 65,000 crore INR. it's Andhra that's in total shambles. To be fair, it's the Andhra politicians who failed in this aspect completely. Had YSR been alive there would have been no Telangana. Had Kiran Kumar Reddi been the CM before Rosiah, there would be no seperate Telangana. 

@Android_Halwa gripe has always been about Baboru's sketchy land dealings, which involve massive theft of state's land and his Zionist world bank backed "neo-liberalism" approach which made him sell away state industrial capacity such as Allwyn watches, spinning mills, Sugar Factories to his BEn@m1s and those that fund his regime at throw away prices causing terrible loss to the state exchequer. He didn't even spare toddy tappers for pushing liquor distilleries. Even education and healthcare in government undertaking are pushed into disarray on purpose. He started to push United Andhra into the DEBT TRAP that fueled the RE boom. 

YSR and others followed it, but YSR restricted himself to RE and Mining part for most of the time. Unfortunately, Dora followed Baboru foot steps and further sunk Telagana into greater debt.

If thats how you want to interpret, I can't help it.

Based on my research in the past on the similar issue, I foudn this 1200cr is just BS. Initial cost was 540Cr, there was further increase and that increase was not substantial and they even confirmed why they had to increase. This 1200Cr story was found only in YCP pamphlets - Sakshi and Great Andhra.

Sorry!! Amaravathi lo Krishna river kindha nunchi hyperloop undhi. Only 10 min to Hyd. 2045 1 acre= 1000 crores. Only private and chartered flights. We will work hybrid 1 week Dallas 3 weeks Amaravathi. Holiday trips to island destinations.
