Based on my research in the past on the similar issue, I foudn this 1200cr is just BS. Initial cost was 540Cr, there was further increase and that increase was not substantial and they even confirmed why they had to increase. This 1200Cr story was found only in YCP pamphlets - Sakshi and Great Andhra.

Dude, first.. you said 1200Cr cost for AP Secretariat and TG Secretariat was constructed for very less amount That was the topic. Now, you are asking 600C justification for G+1. You are saying as if its G+1 house.

Honestly, I don't have data for itemized prices and how much they spent on each computer, AC, furniture, Roads, water and etc. I can only talk about something I know of. If someone requests using the RTI application and if the data is in public, I will tell you. I couldn't find it.

But its not small G+1 as you project. It was started with 4 govt departments. It has 40 departments now.

This is the entire thing. Constrution 130 days. Interior and other things kalipi around 200 days. The entire governance started working from there, moved from Hyd.

About that company you are talking, I didn't go through the details about that company and their investment. I don't have enough information so far to form a solid opinion. If I don't know I will say I don't know. I don't want throw wild allegations.

From the preliminary information I saw, I don't think its a scam. You are saying no name company. Who cares if their company is new. What you need to see is whether they have money or not. And if they can inverst their promised amount and create jobs or not.

From the govt side, they are clear on two things - 5K spending in two years and job creation. If those two are not met, govt has right take the land back and govt doesn't have to return the amount this company has used to purchase the land. I think it was 1Cr per acre.

For your question about lease the land or rent - why would the compary invest in Vizag unless they have some incentives from the govt?  They have better places in India, they would go to Hyd, B'lore or Chennai.  That Talluri guy is from Telangana, he has offices in Hyd. I think that Satish guy is also from Telangana. There were some news in the past about them starting this data centers in Hyd. They must have thought the incentives given by the AP govt are better and they wanted to invest in Vizag.

Just compare with TG Secretariat and then talk....TG has more SFT , more luxurious interiors and exterior. Full stop.
