Jammu should be a separate state?

Jammu 70% Hindus. Make BJP win here. Create loyal radicccalllised Hindu youth and then deal with Kashmir mess. It will be another GaZa strip. Yet at the same time if Jammu state admin is under BJP, then it’s easy to deal with Kashmir crisis. 
 

It will also liberate some Hindus from this mess.

Question : What is the point of holding onto Kashmir but alienating the people there? There might be some terrorist sympathizers but there is no point in blaming all the Kashmiris.
