Planning to take a home ! Carpet e lekunda motham lvp flooring e tesukunte better antunaru , Is it true ?have this as an option while upgrading !  Any pros or cons of avoiding carpet totally , mid west so climate is not too cold or too hot ! Fireplace kuda vaddu anukuntunna as we don’t use it much ! Any challenge

Go for Carpet in the Bedrooms. LVP in other areas is fine. Tile is preferred in bathrooms.

Carpet is Bedroom is good . Luxury and Comfort. But maintenance is required. (Try to avoid getting wet walking out from bathroom etc). 

FirePlace not required.

LVP is not engineered wood

Mohawk is one the best brand in flooring industry

LVP is composite material kada synthetic ones. same type decking material

LVP is nothing but plank. They just market it as “Luxury” Vinyl Plank to make it attractive for buyers.

Lvp is plastic plank with wood photo printed on top. For looks it might feel like wood but for feet or touch it feels plastic. It doesn’t add any value to home like real wood floor. Some engineered floors add value depending on the thickness of wood layer on the top. Lvp are best in basement and bathrooms and may be kitchen too as they are best for waterproofing.

Flooring your comfort. Normally common areas will be wooden floor and rooms lo carpet standard. 

Fireplace pettuko, manaki avasaram ledu but it's a big thing for thellas so selling apudu use avthadi and kids tho Christmas time lo time pass
