This is DEI women empowerment. Women +non white more promotion. Weaponising  gender and race politics in office spaces. 

Not just corps, Indian Govt. doing the same well. Look at UPSC results in last 10 years. You can easily see the trend.

That may be true to a bit in Corp sector. Even the MNC still have ESG ranking, non white part doesn't apply to Indians , but gender part still counts. So MNCs employ Indian women in significant numbers as well. Service based firms like TCS, INFOSYS, CAP GEMINI and others that work for US MNCs too hire more women to show that part as it's one of the qualifying criteria for getting project from their clients (ESG rankings). But in govt. it's a WEF mandate. They're purposefully promoting women. That's not even merit. No rational argument for that.

Document instances 3-5 times of when they "miss something again" then present to manager somewhat neutral way. If they take your point, then try to get alignment on next few projects on how the work gets assigned. If manager also part of the problem, try for a role in diff team, department or even diff company and do quiet quitting. 

Ultimately realize toxicity is within you also and that you cannot change everything in the world. 1-2 tries lekapothe fasak.
