valid points + late age lo kids pudithe (say 2nd kid putte time ki men are closer to 40) then vallu manchi teen age lo unnappudu men will be 50's for sure and women kuda almost same. ippudu unna life style ki majority desi santha in that age will be like 60's. Edaina trip ki vellali anna....kids tho hiking/trails etc etc and other outdoor games/activites cheyyalanna kastam....mana body support cheyyadu. 

I've seen many 50's parents with teen kids and they are going through this issue.

I see lot of late 30’s and early 40’s women with lot of grey hair bringing their toddlers to parks and struggling to keep up with the kid.. I doubt how they will live long enough to see their grand kids..

It's in genetics anyway but being fit has it's own advantages when trying for kids
