Was on GC EAD without H1 for 4yrs already 4. Now employer 2 want to file H1 for him, if he want to. He won't do PERM filing. Just supports H1. In future, When GC date current aithr, if GC denies. Is Holding H1 with employer 2 helps. And safe bet? Quote

GC reject very very rare until you commit any crime in between, considered current situation ead e best. Quote
