PRI Posted April 30 Report Posted April 30 I am filling for a jointly for all in premium. Now i heard only Eh1 is coming in 2 weeks and Eh4 and EAD processing time varies. Does any body know an ETA. Other q i have is i am planning to travel outside country with family. In case if i do not get the eh4 by then. Can we get stamped based on my eh1 and will the ead processing continue or will it be cancelled? Quote
KothaKurrodu Posted April 30 Report Posted April 30 I filed last week. H1 approved today but h4/EAD is not approved yet. If you go out of country, H4 will be stamped based on H1 approval. Quote
