They’re suggesting that I file in EB2 since my previous I-140 was also EB2. What are your thoughts on this based on the current trend? Thanks for your response. Quote

Do it in EB2, for india going forward EB2 and EB3 PD will be same year with a month or 2 difference. trend is to jump to eb3 as it is ahead now but everybody doing this will move EB3 back. leftovers are spilled from 1-2 but not to 3 (anyway this may not happen with current trend) Quote
