What about Insurance companies? Do they decrease the premiums as the housing price drops? usually they increase premiums when the replacement cost increases … what about property taxes? Quote

I dont think counties reduce property taxes even market is down. Currently the government property values almost similar or just 5-10% max off with listing prices in South Florida.. Quote
