Bidding wars lo gelichina veerulu ippudu re-financing ki ibbandi padutunnaru..

Example: if a person bought home for 800K in peak market and home sale price in the neighborhood drop to 650K

Banks will do the home valuations for 650K which will hit our bidding wars veerulu.

What about Insurance companies? Do they decrease the premiums as the housing price drops? 
 

usually they increase premiums when the replacement cost increases … 

what about property taxes?

Peak time lo konnollu interest rates were very low at that time .. Ipudu rates are high .. asalu refinance enduku chestaru uncle

Last 2 years people bought at 7% APR anna.. they are constantly scouting for refinancing opportunities. 

okadu ilage refinance ki applictions chesthey.. appraiser valuation is 50K lower than the price he bought.

Thats what im confused... I dont think counties reduce property taxes even market is down. 

Currently the government property values almost similar or just 5-10% max off with listing prices in South Florida..@~`
