Hyd after 10 years review part 2

My part 1 for those who want to read : 

So part 2 lo i  visited most of other areas (except secunderabad) . Some nicer  areas with andhra population are still ok - yousufguda and surronding areas. Ok means neither improved nor shithole like rest of city.

In hi tech city areas as long as you are in gated community you are fine. otherwise tradffic is a shithole and also due to lot of construction too much dust in these areas also.

Traffic everywhere is a mess. THere is no real city but collection of real estate projects like gated communities.

Restaurants - high end - are really good both tastewise and decorwise. But how many years they maintain needs to be seen. Both food and drinks are very expensive. Drinks esp cocktails are maybe higher than USA - 900 per drink seems standard price for something i can get for $9 in usa. Food is about 50-60% of the price in USA. I think for earning it is quiet expensive. But due to software jobs and double incomes people are coming.

once you come out of these restaurants you see traffic shithole.

Amaravati is a scientifically designed city from ground up. Under supervision of elected assembly.  With a commitment to local farmers. It will be a proper city like hyd used to be betweem 2000-10

Raidurg , Financial District and Kokapet have developed a lot . Atleast 400 highrises over 100 metres are under construction .

Many Telangana businessmen from Mahbubnagar , Warangal , Khammam , Nalgonda , Karimnagar have benefitted due to real estate boom over the last one decade . The city and Telangana have a good future with industrial and services growth .
