If you are in gated community - it is nice - private maintenance from lawn to mosquitoes. No traffic. App conveniences. Otherwise its a shithole. During CBN times he made Rythu bazar, necklace road, KBR part. 10 rupee boating in shilparamam which lower middle class can also enjoy. Now city is completely in to rich and not rich. Rich are hidden in gated communities, uber cabs or own cars, big houses, expensive pubs. Rest of dump is for poor. Quote

Gates etthesthe proiperty value 50% damaal. they wont agree. City now has no common spaces. Like it used to . How different is it when someone sets unauthorized barricades or tolls to demand money from a gated community? Why should an Indian explain their purpose to travel freely and wherever they want?
