1998 hyd is different from 2014 hyd. getting something in 1998 not easy if you compare with 2014.

cbn can be questioned in many other things but not this. Whether he is successful or failure, but he pioneered many of these things.

not just IT, take example of genome valley.  or recent case, vizag medtech zone. or first power reforms in the country or e-governance

ofcourse overall picture lo he may be worse than say ysr. but there are certain things which we cannot take his credit away.
