Last 5yrs lo people kept all liquid into lands and real-estate seeing the inorganic growth which cannot be liquidated so easily in near future. So market lo liquid ledhu.

On the builder side small and medium size builders without understanding the available market they started construction and laidout plots and they also dont have liquid now.

In addition recession fears.

Election time lo chaala chepthaaru.. but most of the states are being run on loans… vachhe revenue antha salaries ki, schemes ki chaalatledu… no end to the freebies also..
