Based on this criteria, Indonesia ( rank 16) is better than Switzerland. (Rank 20). 
 

Bangladesh (rank 32) is better than Denmark ( rank 35). 

And Pakistan (rank 45) is better than Qatar….(rank 55)

we were the poorest countries 15-25 years ago. Bihar famine happened in 1966. This was just 60 yrs back
