We should ask them to surrender POK as a condition for surrender. That will also cut off land bridge to China. POK has a lot of Shia muslims, who don't really care for Sunni Punjabis. Once the sunni militants are kicked out of POK, it will actually be more peaceful than Jammu and Kashmir (like our Ladakh region).
