Hamas was and has been funded by Israel government. Taliban has been funded by US government. Dawood worked with Indian and Pakistani governments as well. Iraq politicians even puppets of US govt. openly state ISIS being funded by US government.

Governments, Central Banks, Military , Law enforcement and Terrorists work more closely than you'd think. 

Everyone profits from this conflict including Pakistan. India will now be forced to support  and/or vote in support of Israel and the latter is likely to Annex Gaza. India will take POK. US gets Weapons contract. Billions will change hands including funds transfer to Pakistan.
