Most effective plan is to break Pakistan. India should support Baloch and Tehrike Taliban in background and indus water treaty tho Sindh/Punjab regions will be gone. Already POJK people are favoring India, with Pakistan breaking up this will gain momentum and India can easily takeover POJK w/o military action. 
 

Enni surgical strikes chesina terrorism will come back it’s just a matter of time. Pakistan poyina how do we fight terrorism within India? That is more scary.
