If you're in the mood for something more upscale with an amazing view (not in Florida though), check out https://www.skai.sg. I had dinner there during my trip to Singapore and the food was next level. For Florida, I really liked Columbia Restaurant in Tampa for some solid Spanish-Cuban options. Also, Joe's Stone Crab in Miami Beach is pricey but worth it if you're into seafood.
