Give 2 mins of time in which he talks 10 different topics ... prati chinna danki team group lo tag chesi , highlight chestnadu ...2 mins late to meeting etc... He is trying to force prove me bad infront of manager... I am on ehh one bee and cannot resign my job . as you know market is bad outside too... Expectations are like sky high ... and now he started acting good cop / bad cop role too ..lol He created a bad impression already .. now acting soft and all ..somehow he wants to get me out of this team looks like ... Tell some good ideas to get out of this situation ... find opportunities in new team and silently jump ? I still need current manager approval ...it is like mundu goyyi venaka nuyyi Quote

Just start looking for another job better find another job and then give that scoundrel left and right Quote
