On what basis you are saying this ?? There is a channel and needs to be followed by any country. They have been multiple instances saying these were shared across multiple intelligence agencies ! Indian govt infact even gave the DNA samples & lot many other docs to prove them,simply if we are in denial mode for whatsoever reason antey no one can help ! Quote
