BOA ki online transfer chestunte its not allowing me to do it.

Below is the error message:
"We are unable to process your transfer at this time. The individual to whom you are sending money will exceed the limit for funds received through this service"

did you go through these instructions mama ? lets try again ........

To make your account as safepass(Nnumber of transactions with out limit more than $1000). Please follow these instructions
1) Login to bank of america account.
2) Click customer service
3) On left side of the page---> ADD SAFE PASS(View your safepass account)---> Primary mobile account details------> follow the rest of the instructions till finish.{ Don't take the safe pass account card($19.99), Please take the free mobile option}
