Hello, I am asking for a family friend. He is on H1B and got married in India recently with a girl from India. The wife has her H4 visa process date in next couple of weeks. But the issue is wife's behavior. She picks fights constantly with old in-laws without any reason. Her family calls and harasses the boys parents and they came to know from some mutual friends that she has multiple boyfriends and got married merely to come to US. They all are very stressed. My question is if the boy decides to file for divorce then can she put a claim on his house in US? she has never been to US before, but she knows that he owns a house. Thank you.
