What we saw is no one actually uses 2 story completely and you have to pay a lot for furniture to fill the 2nd story, it’s mostly empty and nooone uses it. ours is one story 2100 and we use every corner. Totally worth it. If you have kids above 13 maybe 2 story makes sense parents loved it, andaram oka deggare 1 3 Quote

Almost like a ranch house but just 1 room on 2nd floor. Advantage is that you can make it an office room and can be mentally disconnected from office when you come downstairs. 1 2 Quote

If you think it'll be atleast 5-7 yrs before you have a kid, then condos are a very practical option. No need to shovel snow or lawn moving...you simply pay a fee and enjoy amenities..
