Toronto real estate though. Why the high price like NYC, Paris, Los Angeles, London, San Francisco, etc?

Toronto used to be a better place in 2015. It's now over run by the crowd imported by Trudeau. 

The entire social cohesion has gone down the drain. Ottawa is better as far as Ontario is concerned.
