Russia itself is in deep trouble they can't help now. China is slowly depleting Indian military ammo resources so that they can attack from east in next month or so. Chicken's neck is going to the next target.

India urgently needs to get leverage from US. Stop showing them proofs and act like victims, no one cares about proofs. 

Kashmir terrorists are biggest culprit, no one can prove what happens in Kashmir, gain control asap.

Russia manpower is down greatly with Ukraine war

US conservative government supports India we shouldn't lost that support.

Russia's standing force size is over 2 million. They keep recruiting all the time. Russia also has conscription. Those looses are not going to have much impact.Also, Soviet Russia had a history to fighting almost till the last man, when they fought Germany in WWII.

Besides, Russian supper to India is never in troops. It's all always military tech, hardware and armaments.
