Senior pilots are leaving iaf because of the boom in private airlines due to udaan scheme and they got good offers from civil aviation. 1 Quote

Never really worked on indigenous Fighter Jet development. The Rafale decision was Congress's too begin with. BJP toned it down but not entirely. I'm thinking IAF will buy SAAB GRIPEN, sooner or later considering costs and volume. Pilots considering private airline careers are all NOT fighter jet pilots.
