On concurrent visa, you will get a second W2 (legally). I make sure that before I took that job (did only for 5 months and then quit because its I took a heavy toll).

Oka member ni venakki pampinaaru as he was in my same situation but first client don't know about the second, so they called the first one and asked if they know. They obviously said nope, then he got send back.

2 w2 will definitely trigger additional scrutiny..same working hours will be your problem because working hours will be listed on LCA and they might ask for NOC from both clients for the dates you worked

I don't know. Maybe they have a DB for people with more than 1 concurrent H-1Bs.

This is exactly the problem. 

 

I was told billing 2 different clients for the same hours is illegal and so they are finding people based on this.

I don’t think it will be a challenge for stamping. Every case is unique, no one can assure even if you don’t have concurrent
