Write below email to vendor directly :

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the unpaid invoices/timesheets for the past 6 months. Despite multiple follow-ups and your repeated assurances, the payments have still not been cleared.

 

Please consider this a final notice. If full payment is not made by May 20 I will be compelled to report this matter to the U.S. Department of Labor and USCIS. I have all relevant documentation, including timesheets and communication records, to support my case.

 

I hope to resolve this matter professionally and without escalation.

Even before sending the above threatening email, copy the Prabuthva client and send a follow-up email regarding the invoices due.  

That would resolve the issue most of the time.

Tried this, they said we paid to prime vendor. And its out of our purview relationship b/w sub vendor and prime vendor
