chingchang Posted May 14 Report Posted May 14 Thats a good idea go to your local CBP office with your brother documents and see if they extend her I94 till his H1 validity period. If they dont, better go out of country, get stamping based on your brothers H1 and come back 1 1 Quote

This is the reason i have asked about recent travel yesterday. You can try showing i797 valid till oct. success rate can’t be 100% but at least can try. I never did but people do that 1 Quote
