Warfare is going to be very asymmetric. If you're not going to need heavy power projection capabilities to the levels of blue water navy, why hurrying up for advanced stealth. 

Drone warfare is far more economical and it's easy to build  stealth drones in large numbers.  India's primary requirement is to replace its MiG 21 fleet with interceptors smaller and cost effective than Sukhoi fleet. 

F35 was never operated around batteries like S400. Don't fall for the business biz words.

EV is another trash item. Diesel rocks in every way and is far more sustainable. It's only surviving because it paid by tax payer subsidy. Else, there will very little takers.
