I find the one a day tablets too big, diabetic issues lekapothe take the gummies ones, easy to chew 

for self aithe, would recommend either Thorne or Pure encapsulations brands in Amazon,costly than costco but junk ingredients undavu

Ledhu bro..they have immune deficiency ,, so checking to see if there is any good vitamin supplements

relative gender and age kuda chepu db doctors will recommend accordingly

CostCo anni bagane vuntayi.. all are USP verified.. deal lo vunnavi pampadame.. Parents ki matram avutene deal antu chudakunda Centrum teesukunta.. multivitamin.. Iron tablets kuda teesuko.. and Calcium avute Kirkland de better.. finally Qunol di CoQ10. I found EmergenC to be the best. To carry in purses and mix in cold water outside whenever they want to drink.. These are enough. All others lite.

Depends on the type of deficiency they have. If they are already using some type of medication with health issues its necessary to get tested because some vitamins might effect their medication.  Better to get tested and then buy according to that.  Beware of the heavy metals in the store bought supplements.
