Yeah. He never got the recognition that he deserves. Khangress is like democrats. They look at social aspects like LGBT, race, gender, religion. Rather than merit and caliber.

Congress is done - 15 yrs back itself, the moment they decided to continue slavery to the Gandhi/Khan family. 
Shashi has got a very good recognition in the international elite circles. Hez a sweet talker and knowledgeable in history and handles his debates well. Not a great person though going by his personal life but who cares
